Basketball Game Preview: Conant Orioles vs. Fall Mountain Wildcats

Conant has gone a perfect 10-0 against Fall Mountain recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Conant Orioles will be playing at home against the Fall Mountain Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Conant was handed a 24-point loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Gilford, sneaking past 55-53.

Meanwhile, Fall Mountain had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 62-56 W against the Hawks.

Fall Mountain pushed their record up to 9-4 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.5 points over those games. As for Conant, their victory bumped their record up to 7-9.
