Soccer Recap: Chatham Hall Comes Up Short

Chatham Hall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They came up short against the Carlisle Chiefs, falling 10-1. While losing is never fun, Chatham Hall can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia soccer rankings (they are ranked 288th, while Carlisle are ranked 133rd).

Chatham Hall's goal came courtesy of Priscella Bennsion, who's now up to four this season.

Chatham Hall's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Carlisle, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Chatham Hall didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-0 loss against Eastern Mennonite on the 25th. As for Carlisle, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-3 draw against Southwest Virginia Academy on the 29th.
