Dover is 9-1 against Webutuck since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Dragons will be playing in front of their home fans against the Warriors at 4:15 p.m. Dover has given up an average of 10.2 runs per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Monday, Dover came up short against Spackenkill and fell 15-10. The Dragons haven't had much luck with the Spartans recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Jolie Green and Daniella Drake did some serious damage despite the final result: Green went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and two doubles, while Drake went 3-for-5 with three stolen bases, four RBI, and two doubles. Those hits marked the first that Green has got this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Cadence Tetor, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Webutuck fell victim to Germantown and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Clippers, falling 18-0. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Warriors' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Webutuck saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ciara Grey, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Webutuck's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Dover, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Dover got the 'W' when the teams last played back in May of 2024 against Webutuck by a conclusive 11-4 score. Will the Dragons repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
