Baseball Game Preview: Junction Eagles vs. Johnson City Eagles

For the second straight game, Junction will face off against Johnson City. Junction will be playing at home against Johnson City at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Junction has given up an average of 16 runs per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Junction is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to ten runs last Monday, they were much more limited against Johnson City on Wednesday. They lost 26-2 to Johnson City.

Junction saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jimmy Murff, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases and one run.

Johnson City's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Junction, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
