Softball Recap: Greenwood Takes a Loss

Greenwood was the 7-5 winner over Chisholm Trail when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Greenwood fell 6-1 to Chisholm Trail on Saturday. Greenwood has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Greenwood saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Addison Arredondo, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Greenwood's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Chisholm Trail, their victory bumped their record up to 6-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Greenwood will venture away from home to square off against Midland at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chisholm Trail, they will head out to take on Irving at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday.
