Softball Recap: Jones Comes Up Short

Jones fell victim to Ingleside and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Mustangs, falling 10-0. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Mustangs recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Jones' loss dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Ingleside, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season.

Coincidentally, Jones and Ingleside will both be playing Rockport-Fulton the next time they take the field. Ingleside will head out to face Rockport-Fulton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while Jones will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
