After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Woodland Baptist Christian, Calvary Christian was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They never let the True Gospel Christian Grizzly get on the board and left with an 8-0 win. That eight goal margin sets a new team best for Calvary Christian this season.

Calvary Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Coming up, Calvary Christian will host Fellowship Baptist Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for True Gospel Christian, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Greater Vision Academy at 4:00 p.m. on October 6.
