Basketball Recap: Harrisonburg Comes Up Short

Harrisonburg lost against Spotswood back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Harrisonburg Blue Streaks took a blow against the Spotswood Trailblazers, falling 59-23. The contest marked the Blue Streaks' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Harrisonburg's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Spotswood, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Harrisonburg has already played their next game (against East Rockingham), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Spotswood will face off against Rockbridge County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
