Volleyball Recap: Howell Comes Up Short

Howell lost against Dexter back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Highlanders took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dreadnaughts.

While Howell had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-21.

Howell's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Dexter, the win keeps them at an undefeated 11-0.

Looking ahead, Howell will take on Salem at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Highlanders' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Dexter, they will take on St. Mary's Prep in a tournament on Saturday.
