Volleyball Recap: Salmon Takes a Loss

Salmon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They came up short against the Butte County Pirates, falling 3-0. If the Savages were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Pirates when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-4, 25-8.

Salmon's loss dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Butte County, their win was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 21-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Salmon will challenge Firth at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Butte County, they will face off against Grace at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
