Whiteland waltzed into their game on Saturday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Hamilton Southeastern Royals, sneaking past 4-2. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Warriors also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Jordyn Crouch spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on nine hits and racked up ten Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Kaelyn Putnam was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

Whiteland pushed their record up to 8-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for Hamilton Southeastern, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 9-5 record.
