Basketball Recap: Sioux Central Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Sioux Central, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 63-51 victory over the Alta-Aurelia Warriors on Tuesday. The Rebels have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

Sioux Central now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Alta-Aurelia, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Sioux Central will challenge Northwest Webster at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Northwest Webster will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Sioux Central surely won't give up without a fight. As for Alta-Aurelia, they will face off against Woodbury Central at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Woodbury Central knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Alta-Aurelia likes a good challenge.
