Softball Recap: Faith Christian Has No Trouble Against Harrells Christian Academy

With a playoff win on the line, Faith Christian rose to the challenge on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the Harrells Christian Academy Crusaders. Considering the Patriots have won six matchups by more than nine runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Payton Whitley was incredible, going 2-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one double. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2024. Abby Bradley was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

Faith Christian was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .409. They are 7-1 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Faith Christian has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.3 runs over those games. As for Harrells Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-12.

As of now, neither Faith Christian nor the Crusaders have any future games scheduled.
