Soccer Recap: Leeds Takes a Loss

After flying high against St. Clair County last Thursday, Leeds came back down to earth. The Greenwave came up short against the Vestavia Hills Rebels on Friday, falling 10-0.

Leeds has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10-1 record this season. As for Vestavia Hills, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-9-1.

Looking ahead, Leeds will venture away from home to take on St. Clair County at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Leeds are facing St. Clair County at the right time seeing as St. Clair County are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Vestavia Hills, they will face off against Hoover at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
