Football Recap: Platt Comes Up Short

After soaring to 40 points the game before, Platt was a bit more limited in their matchup on Thursday. They were outmatched by the Maloney Spartans and fell 42-13. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Spartans: they've now lost eight in a row.

Platt's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 5-5. As for Maloney, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-4 record.

As of now, neither Platt nor the Spartans have any future games scheduled.
