Despite the loss, Richardson got a solid performance out of Donovan Ford, who rushed for 150 yards while picking up 8.8 yards per carry.

Meanwhile, Dallas Jesuit entered their tilt with MacArthur with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Dallas Jesuit took down MacArthur 34-17 on Thursday.

Dallas Jesuit's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Charlie Peters led the charge by throwing for 221 yards and two touchdowns. Another player making a difference was Jaeger Krauss, who picked up 79 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Richardson has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season. As for Dallas Jesuit, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 6-3.

Richardson came up short against Dallas Jesuit in their previous matchup back in November of 2022, falling 38-28. Can Richardson avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
