Hackett had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Ozark Catholic Academy Griffins on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory was familiar territory for the Hornets, who have now won eight contests in a row.

Michaelyn Freeman paced Hackett's offense, picking up 17 kills. Freeman got some help from Catelyn Edwards and her 27 assists. Ryleigh Decker controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Hackett's win bumped their record up to 24-5-2. As for Ozark Catholic Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 11-7.

Hackett didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Quitman on the 22nd.
