Volleyball Recap: Wiseburn- Da Vinci Comes Up Short

Wiseburn- Da Vinci suffered their biggest defeat since February 28th on Friday. They came up short against the West Warriors, falling 3-0. The Wolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-23, 25-15, 25-22.

Andre Pimienta paced Wiseburn- Da Vinci's offense, picking up 11 kills. Pimienta got some help from Dylan Soriano and his 21 assists. Sai Santiago and Judah Cash kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Wiseburn- Da Vinci now has a losing record of 8-9. As for West, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-8.

Looking ahead, Wiseburn- Da Vinci will host Palos Verdes at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for West, they will venture away from home to square off against North at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The contest will give North their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season.
