Basketball Recap: Palestine Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Palestine can finally bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Marlin Bulldogs as the Palestine Wildcats made off with a 49-29 victory. This was payback for the Wildcats, who suffered a 51-25 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Palestine's win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-12. As for Marlin, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.

Palestine will face off against Grapeland at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Marlin, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Moody at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Marlin is facing Moody at the right time seeing as Moody is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
