Baseball Recap: Jimtown Gets the Win

Jimtown won the last time they faced Edwardsburg and things went their way on Monday too. The Jimmies came out on top against the Eddies by a score of 6-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Jimmies.

Ben McAllister spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned runs on five hits.

On the hitting side, Connor Christman was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.

Jimtown's record is now 17-6. As for Edwardsburg, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-14.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jimtown will challenge Concord at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Edwardsburg, they will face off against Vicksburg at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
