Volleyball Recap: Pine View Wins Going Away Against Hurricane

Pine View's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They blew past the Hurricane Tigers 3-0. The match marked the Panthers' most dominant win of the season so far.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-15, 25-18.

Pine View found their leader in sophomore Preston Twede, who had nine digs and three assists. That's the most assists Twede has posted over his last three games. Kaleb Finnegan also deserves some recognition as he had his first dig of the season.

Pine View's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Hurricane, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Pine View wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Crimson Cliffs on the 20th. As for Hurricane, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Cedar on the 20th.
