Volleyball Game Preview: New Haven Bulldogs vs. Columbia City Eagles

New Haven is 0-4 against Columbia City since March of 2023 but things could change on Wednesday. The Bulldogs will look to defend their home court against the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

New Haven lost 3-0 to Homestead on Tuesday.

While New Haven ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-17, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Columbia City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of Carroll.

Columbia City took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-27, 23-25, 25-21, 15-13.

New Haven's defeat dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Columbia City, their loss dropped their record down to 12-11.
