Basketball Recap: Barack Obama School for Social Justice Skates Past Saunders Trades & Tech with Ease

Barack Obama School for Social Justice had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 76-44 victory over the Saunders Trades & Tech Blue Devils. The Lightning have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 21 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Seediya Jabbi, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten boards. He is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down nine or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Dabra Amieyeofori, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and ten boards.

Barack Obama School for Social Justice's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Saunders Trades & Tech, they dropped their record down to 3-8 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.
