Coastal Academy's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Guajome Park Academy Frogs with a sharp 3-0 win. The Stingrays haven't had any issues with the Frogs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Coastal Academy was: they took every set by at least 14 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-11, 25-3.

Amelia Wilson went supernova, getting ten aces and two assists. That's the most assists she has posted over her last five contests. Lucille Mitcheltree also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Coastal Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 28 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Coastal Academy's win bumped their record up to 9-20. As for Guajome Park Academy, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.
