You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely D.C. Everest's strategy against Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Evergreens blew the Red Raiders out of the water with a 41-6 final score. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Evergreens had established a 28-point advantage.

Corbin Enzenroth went supernova, rushing for 175 yards and four touchdowns on only 15 carries. Another player making a difference was Andrew Bangtson, who gained 153 total yards and a touchdown.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: D.C. Everest was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 298 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since the start of last season.

D.C. Everest's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB four times. That dominant display was truly a team effort as four different players picked up one apiece.

D.C. Everest's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.
