Volleyball Recap: Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Bishop McGuinness Villains. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Villains this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-10, 25-7.

Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Bishop McGuinness, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy is set to take on their familiar foe North Stokes at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Bishop McGuinness will square off against rival Chatham Central at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
