Caelyn Cave, Springfield's leader in digs on the season, led the team again on Wednesday. Cave had 19 digs, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 19 or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Cave and Springfield will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Springboro at 6:00 p.m. on the 21st.
