Alexandra Eschmeyer commands the offense for a Pumas win

The Peak to Peak Pumas have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 24 points or more this season. They were the clear victor by a 53-28 margin over Glenwood Springs. Given Peak to Peak's advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 41st, while Glenwood Springs is ranked 176th), the result on Friday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Peak to Peak to victory, but perhaps none more so than Alexandra Eschmeyer, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 13 rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which Eschmeyer has scored at least 25% of Peak to Peak's points. Another player making a difference was Annasofia Foster, who scored ten points along with six assists and five rebounds.

Glenwood Springs lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Anastasia Shea, who scored 12 points. The match was Shea's third in a row with at least ten points. Bailey Winder was another key contributor, scoring four points along with five rebounds.

The win makes it two in a row for Peak to Peak and bumps their season record up to 3-1. As for Glenwood Springs, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.
