Soccer Game Preview: Katy vs. Tompkins

The Katy Tigers will take on the Tompkins Falcons at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Katy's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Katy turned things around against Paetow on Friday. They and the Panthers finished up their match with a 0-0 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked Katy's first draw of the season.

Meanwhile, Tompkins narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Seven Lakes 3-2.

With that draw, Katy's record moves to 3-3-1. As for Tompkins, their victory bumped their record up to 9-1.
