Basketball Recap: Griswold Comes Up Short

Griswold lost against Bacon Academy back in March of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Griswold Wolverines were outmatched by the Bacon Academy Bobcats and fell 63-20. The contest marked the Wolverines' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Griswold's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-6. As for Bacon Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.

Griswold has already played their next game (against Plainfield), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Bacon Academy is taking a road trip to challenge Woodstock Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
