They wound up on the wrong side of a tough 22-3 walloping at the hands of the Northwestern Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Bladensburg of the 12-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2023.

For Northwestern's part, Alberto Weaver and Elias Medina were a major factor while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Weaver pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (he also didn't allow any walks).
