Hillcrest waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Lake Dallas Falcons. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

The win got Hillcrest back to even at 7-7. As for Lake Dallas, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Hillcrest's road trip will continue as they head out to face Kaufman at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lake Dallas, they will venture away from home to square off against Newman Smith at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
