Bethlehem barely beat Prestonsburg the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Eagles/Banshees' defense stepped up to hand the Blackcats a 5-0 shutout on Saturday. Considering Bethlehem have won five contests by more than two goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Bethlehem's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-3-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four matches. As for Prestonsburg, with the defeat, they broke their nine-game winning streak and moved their record to 12-2.

Bethlehem has already played their next game, an 8-0 victory against Todd County Central on the 20th. As for Prestonsburg, they will venture away from home to face off against Letcher County Central at 8:00 p.m. on Monday.
