The Zephyrs haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Gabrielle Guerrero made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up just two earned runs off one hit. That hit was her first of the season. She was even better at the plate, scoring three runs while going 3-for-3.
