Baseball Recap: George Washington Takes a Loss

After flying high against Thomas Jefferson on Monday, George Washington came back down to earth. The Patriots fell just short of the Denver South Ravens by a score of 4-2 on Tuesday. The contest marked the Patriots' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

George Washington saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Luke Wiederholt, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

George Washington now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Denver South, their record is now 8-5.
