Rappahannock had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the William Campbell Generals a 1-0 shutout on Monday. The victory was nothing new for the Raiders as they're now sitting on 16 straight.

Rappahannock pushed their record up to 17-3 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.1 runs over those games. As for William Campbell, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-11.
