Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Emily Perkins stepped things up a notch to give Tehachapi the 'W'. Perkins wasn't messing around, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3. The contest was her third straight with at least one stolen base.

Perkins and Tehachapi will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on West at 4:00 p.m. on the 22nd.
