Volleyball Recap: Eastside Comes Up Short

Eastside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Shiloh Generals. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Generals apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2023.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-12.

Eastside's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Shiloh, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Eastside will be taking part in a tournament against Rockdale County at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Shiloh, they will face off against Peachtree Ridge at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
