Soccer Recap: Georgetown Takes a Loss

Georgetown lost against Pflugerville Connally back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Georgetown Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pflugerville Connally Cougars.

Georgetown now has a losing record at 5-6-2. As for Pflugerville Connally, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 4-4-1 record this season.

Georgetown's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
