Benson extended their road winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Kaylei Taylor. The Benson Bobcats narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Scottsdale Preparatory Academy Spartans 27-25 thanks in part to Taylor, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 13 boards. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in each of the last ten games she's played.

Despite the loss, Scottsdale Preparatory Academy still got an impressive performance from Maeve Morgan, who posted eight points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals. Chloe Crandall was another key player, putting up six points and five boards.

Benson is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 19-10 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.9 points over those games. Scottsdale Preparatory Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 19-8.

Benson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 49-29 loss against St. Johns on the 17th. Scottsdale Preparatory Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
