Basketball Game Preview: McKinney Christian Academy Mustangs vs. Dallas Christian Chargers

McKinney Christian Academy is 0-10 against Dallas Christian since November of 2014 but things could change on Tuesday. The McKinney Christian Academy Mustangs will venture away from home to face off against the Dallas Christian Chargers at 6:00 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

McKinney Christian Academy saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 51-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of Alpine.

Meanwhile, Dallas Christian was beaten by Brook Hill 78-48 on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Chargers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 707th, while the Guard are ranked 171st).

McKinney Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Dallas Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.

McKinney Christian Academy was taken down by Dallas Christian 60-28 when the teams last played back in February of 2024. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point McKinney Christian Academy was down 31-9.
