Basketball Recap: Susan Moore's Loss Ends Eight-Game Winning Streak at Home

Susan Moore lost against Vinemont on January 3rd and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Susan Moore Bulldogs fell to the Vinemont Eagles 59-55. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 134th, while the Eagles are ranked 43rd).

Susan Moore's loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-9. As for Vinemont, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season.

Susan Moore didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 43-42 defeat against New Hope on the 28th. Vinemont has also already played their next game (against Falkville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
