After low-scoring totals in their previous three match, Grace Academy brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. Their defense stepped up to hand the Kingdom Leadership Chargers an 8-0 shutout on Thursday. Grace Academy's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three games.

Their offense was hitting Kingdom Leadership from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Michael Guerriero led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Grace Academy's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Kingdom Leadership, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Grace Academy will host NorthPoint Christian Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Grace Academy will be up against NorthPoint Christian Academy's rather soft defense (which has allowed 9.75 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
