Soccer Recap: Mt. Vernon Gets the Win

Mt. Vernon's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the South Spencer Rebels. The win continues a trend for Mt. Vernon in their matchups with South Spencer: they've now won six in a row.

Mason Higginson and Brock McNeese scored all three of Mt. Vernon's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.
