Basketball Recap: Calamus-Wheatland Piles Up the Points Against North Cedar

Calamus-Wheatland's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They breezed by the North Cedar Knights to the tune of 74-47. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 22 points or more this season.

Calamus-Wheatland is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-8 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 25.7 points. As for North Cedar, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.

Calamus-Wheatland will be playing at home against Lisbon at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for North Cedar, they will head out on the road to take on Easton Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Easton Valley has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
