Softball Game Preview: NV - Old Tappan Knights vs. Randolph Rams

The NV - Old Tappan Knights will face off against the Randolph Rams on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

NV - Old Tappan is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They never let Sparta get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory.

19 must be Randolph's lucky number: they beat Teaneck with that score not once but twice on Tuesday. The Rams beat the Highwaymen by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 19-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rams.

NV - Old Tappan's record now sits at 16-10. As for Randolph, their record is now 14-11.

NV - Old Tappan might still be hurting after the 12-1 defeat they got from Randolph in their previous matchup back in June of 2025. Can the Knights avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
