Basketball Recap: Escondido Charter Takes a Loss

Escondido Charter and Tri-City Christian squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Escondido Charter had to settle for second. They lost 79-55 to the Tri-City Christian Eagles. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now lost three in a row.

Escondido Charter now has a losing record of 15-16. As for Tri-City Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won 16 of their last 19 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-9 record this season.

Escondido Charter does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Tri-City Christian, they will face off against Del Lago Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Del Lago Academy comes in on four and Tri-City Christian on three.
