Soccer Recap: Fort LeBoeuf Comes Up Short

After flying high against Sharon on Saturday, Fort LeBoeuf came back down to earth. The Bison came up short against the Fairview Tigers on Tuesday, falling 6-1. While losing is never fun, Fort LeBoeuf can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 250th, while Fairview are ranked first).

Fort LeBoeuf's goal came courtesy of Liam Clark, which was the first he's scored this season.

Fort LeBoeuf has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season. As for Fairview, their record now sits at 18-0.

Fort LeBoeuf does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fairview, they will face off against Slippery Rock on Monday. Slippery Rock will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Fairview surely won't give up without a fight.
