Basketball Game Preview: Casa Grande Gauchos vs. Petaluma Trojans

The Casa Grande Gauchos will head out to challenge the Petaluma Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Saturday, Casa Grande came up short against American Canyon and fell 60-47.

Meanwhile, Petaluma was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They took a blow against Vintage, falling 68-37.

Casa Grande's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 11-10. As for Petaluma, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-19.

Everything came up roses for Casa Grande against Petaluma when the teams last played on January 6th, as the squad secured a 66-31 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Casa Grande since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
