Soccer Recap: Desert Christian Starts Season with Defeat at Home

Desert Christian unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They lost 7-0 to the San Miguel Vipers on Tuesday.

San Miguel's victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Desert Christian will hit the road for the first time this season to take on Apache Junction at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for San Miguel, they will head out to challenge Globe at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
